Do you tend to shoot more posed or candid images?

Every photographer loves candid shots, and I'm no different. I'm a sucker for them natural shots, the ones where people forget there's even a photographer there. Don't get me wrong, I won't hide in the shadows all day, that being said I won't be bossing your guests around either. The relationships I build with couples before the big day not only leads to a more natural atmosphere but also lends itself to those intimate and natural images I love to capture. I usually throw some posed images into the mix during the groups shots and a few of the Bride & Groom.

Great website, but why only one package?

Mainly because it's the most popular & it gets very confusing with all them Gold, Silver and bronze packages! If you require something more tailored head over to the contact us page and drop me an email. Let me know all the details, date, location and how long you require me to be there and we can discuss the day further.

Do you only capture Weddings in Yorkshire?

Not at all, I travel across the whole of England capturing weddings. Anything within 100 miles of Leeds doesn't cost any extra, anything further afield and we can discuss travel and accommodation extras. I also capture weddings around the globe, get in touch and we can discuss.

Do we have to have a pre wedding shoot?

Not at all, I do think they are a great way to get together and discuss your big day plans and make for some great 'save the date' images. If you'd rather not have a shoot we can still meet up and discuss your wedding plans.

The Church says no photography during the ceremony, is this normal?

This is one thing I always make sure couples ask, and stress to ask a long time before their wedding to make sure the photographer is allowed to capture images during the ceremony. Most venues are happy to accommodate a photographer, as long as they are professional, limited with their movements and keep in the background. One of the first things I do when I arrive at the venue is speak to the person leading the ceremony, ask what is allowed and keep to the rule book!

How long will it take to receive the images?

Somethings can't be rushed, I say to everyone 6 - 8 weeks. Don't worry though I will keep you updated with previews every week on social media for you and your guests to see.

How many images will we receive?

On average I deliver 400 images per wedding, this can obviously differ depending on each wedding. Every image that you receive on your USB will have been edited and re touched to a very high standard.

A lot of Photographers copyright the images, do you ?

When you receive your USB featuring all your lovely high resolution images you are free to do as you wish with them! You can post them on Facebook, send to family & friends, print them, make our own personal album without having to ask the photographer on every occasion. You pay me to capture your big day, the images you receive are yours to take away and enjoy! The only thing you cannot use them for is commercial purposes.

All sounds great, can you pencil us in your diary?

To secure your wedding date, assuming we have already had a chat either in person or over the phone, I do need a deposit to secure the date. Once the deposit is paid I can post out the terms & conditions.

When do we pay?

Once the deposit is paid you don't have to pay the remaining balance until 3 months before your wedding date.

How much is the deposit?

A £250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and deducted from your final balance.

Can you make us an album?

Yes, I love creating albums. As soon as you receive all your images from the wedding we can start discussing albums or even months after your wedding.
